Easy Week Night Recipes — a PDF guide
A week of my go to recipes for our really long days (Plus a few bonus things because why not?!?).
The idea behind this plan is that you will learn to create meals that build off of each other that are nourishing and delicious so on the full nights you’re not running through a drive thru.
You can arrange them so your prep nights are on your off nights and you just have to throw dinner together the next day.
These recipes are meant to be on the table in under an hour (or less if you prep some during the day or if it’s a day that you’ve already prepped the protein for it will be much less!)
All can be modified for gluten free (but most are already!).

Maybe you’d like a more personal class on how to plan simple and delicious meals for your family and have ample time to get all of your questions answered. This is for you! These classes can be done in person if you’re local to Charlotte, NC or online. You will leave with meal planning tools, a complete one week meal plan from me plus a shopping list and recipes, a one week meal plan you created yourself, and more!

MAX MOMENTUM — A 9 week Spring program for women with full lives wanting to take control of their health!
Carrie Maxwell, CPT, 500 hour RYT and Lauren Barber, MS, RD have joined forces to create Max Momentum! A 9 week wellness program designed for the woman living life to MAX! You will acquire tools and knowledge to take control of your health by fueling and moving your body well!
Program starts Monday, March 24, 2025 and ends Sunday, May 25, 2025
COST: Early bird pricing $350 until 3/17 (3/18 price increases to $500)
What’s included:
Individualized fitness assessment
9 weeks of workouts — strategically rotating between strength, HIIT, Yoga (videos provided), cardio, mobility and rest days. All you need is a set of dumbbells!
Weekly yoga recovery sessions
9 weeks of meal plans — meals plans include breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes that are well balanced and all are family friendly
Weekly online community events — including live discussions on hormone balance, gut health, cortisol, training impacts on muscle building, and more!
